Seaport Solutions is a national corporation whose principals have a combined 30+ years’ experience developing and investing in commercial and mixed-use real estate projects. As merchant builders, Seaport Solutions is engaged in all phases of the development process from acquisition, finance and close-out, to complete world class projects.
Management Team
The management team collaborates closely with equity partners to bring each project to completion. Our long standing relationship with regional and international banks, in addition to insurance companies, has been instrumental to our success. We are committed to pursuing new projects and investment opportunities to produce superior return on investment for our partners.
Current Projects
Seaport Solutions is currently involved in several redevelopment projects from Dallas to South Florida, and is seeking to expand into Boston.
